What would be some creative ideas for Christmas gift giving that are hand made and not store bought?

We've decided not to do a gift exchange at Christmas to keep costs down but would like to make a gift for each person that would be special to them. Any ideas?|||try printing or whatever a bunch of pictures and make a photo album. Use scrap papers that have pretty designs on them and add captions. This would be best for a friend more then your mom or dad or something. My friend liked it(: But to help you get some more ideas, try doing something they can use. Like I made the thing for my mom to hang all her jewelry on, look at things you want to get for him or her and try to make it on your own. Anything is good, if it's sentimental and hand made they'll be sure to love it. Or atleast act like they do....|||You could research on the internet for ideas. I saw someone making wallets out of tape. Last year, my coworker made us ornaments out of paper. They were really nice and durable.

You could make cookie mixes. Get a jar and the different ingredients in that are needed to make cookies.|||There are so many you could possibly do. Anything from baking cookies, breads, cakes to making scrap books or even handmade jewelry, such as beaded necklaces and bracelets.|||We bought some tins and filled them with homemade cookies!
