What is a suggested alternative to christmas pudding this year?

None of us are too keen, some of us have digestive problems where the amount of fruit is concerned. Something chocolatey perhaps? 10 points for best suggestion!|||maybe go looking for something on this site:

|||Well, the French have the Christmas log cake - the buche de Noel. It's a rich chocolate log cake made to look like a traditional Yule log. I think it's meant to be eaten as cake but you could use it as pudding with icecream, couldn't you? (It'd would be easy enough to find recipes on the 'Net - but it's pretty rich!) In other words, chocolate steamed pudding - one of my favourites! With bits and pieces of decoration that suggest christmas.

Think about it...plum pudding is just a steamed pudding made with fruit. Chocolate steamed pudding is the same thing - different flavour. What makes it christmassy is the decoration.|||Try the original Figgy pudding less fruit than Christmas pud, Simon Rimmer did one this morning -
